കേരളം Human–Wildlife Conflict നിയന്ത്രിക്കാൻ 45-ദിവസത്തെ Action Plan ആരംഭിക്കുന്നു

ജീവാസംരക്ഷണ നയങ്ങൾ ശക്തിപ്പെടുത്തുന്നതിനായി കേരള സർക്കാർ human–wildlife conflict (മനുഷ്യ–ജന്തുയുദ്ധങ്ങൾ) കുറയ്ക്കാൻ 45-ദിവസം നീളുന്ന ഫേസ്‌ഡ് ആക്ഷൻ പ്ലാൻ പ്രഖ്യാപിച്ചു.

Prime Minister Pinarayi Vijayan ഉദ്ഘാടനം ചെയ്ത ഈ പദ്ധതി മൂന്ന് ഘട്ടങ്ങളിലായി നടപ്പാക്കും:

1. Phase 1 (Local Level): റപ്പ് വനങ്ങളിലേക്കുള്ള പഞ്ചായത്ത് helpdesks സ്ഥാപിച്ച് real-time conflict hotspot ഡാറ്റ ശേഖരണം.
2. Phase 2 (District Level): സ്ഥലത്തെ patterns, land-use വിലയിരുത്തലുകൾ മുന്‍നിരയിൽവുമായി conflict responses നയിക്കാൻ district-level strategies രൂപീകരണം.
3. Phase 3 (State Level): പ്രതിഷേധങ്ങൾക്കു ഭദ്രമായ ഏകീകൃത നയങ്ങൾ രൂപപ്പെടുത്താനും, systemic പ്രശ്‌നങ്ങൾ പരിഹരിക്കാനും state-level coordination.

നടപ്പിലാക്കിയിട്ടുള്ള നടപടികള്‍:

• 1,954 km existing fencing repaired; 794 km new solar fencing സ്ഥാപിച്ചു.
• 1,584 ha monocrop plantations വെച്ച് forest restoration വഴി biodiversity സജീവമാക്കുന്നു.
• ₹79.1 കോടി compensation выплаты in last five years—with 95% of 2023-24 applications processed.
• 327 primary response teams with 3,255 trained volunteers deployed across conflict-prone regions
