• UAE sent an emergency rescue team and humanitarian supplies.
• The EU confirmed that its humanitarian partners are delivering on-ground support.

Despite these efforts, logistical challenges and political isolation of the Taliban government continue to hinder the speed and efficacy of relief operations.
