Kerala Land Assignment Act Amendments 2025 – Permanent Land Dispute Solution

കേരള സർക്കാർ Land Assignment (Amendment) Act പരിഷ്കരണം എന്നതിന്റെ പുതിയ ലാൻഡ് മാസിന്മെന്റ് നിയമങ്ങളിലൂടെ സംസ്ഥാനത്തെ High Range ലെ ഭൂമി വാദങ്ങൾക്കു സ്ഥിരമായ പരിഹാരം (?Permanent Solution) നൽകാൻ മുന്നേറുന്നു. ഈ നിർദ്ദേശങ്ങൾ Cabinet Onam decisions പരിധിയിൽ അംഗീകരിച്ചു

പ്രധാന പ്രത്യേകതകൾ:

• Automatic regularisation: ചെറിയ വീട്‌കളും പൊതുപരിപാടികളുടെ കെട്ടിടങ്ങളുമടക്കം സ്വാഗതം ചെയ്യുന്നു.
• ReLIS portal വഴി streamlined application process, 90-ദിവസം ഭീതി processing timeline.
• Fee waivers: Krishi (agriculture), worship places, recognized educational institutions എന്നിവക്ക്.
• Financial relief: Small traders & households ആശാൻ undue financial burden ഒഴിവാക്കാൻ സഹായിക്കുന്നു

ഈ നിയമങ്ങൾ Revenue Minister K. Rajan പ്രഖ്യാപിച്ചപ്പോൾ, അവയുടെ primary goal reality-based, fair, transparent land resolution എന്നതാണ്

നിയമസംവിധാനം Assembly committee –നി-reviewed ശേഷം mid-September-ში enforce ചെയ്യാമെന്നാണ് പ്രതീക്ഷ.
